The Hague Convention for the Cultural Heritage Protection of in the Event of Armed Conflict
As of March 9th 2004, the International Committee of the Blue Shield (ICBS) welcomes the entry into force of the Second Protocol to the Hague Convention.
The Hague Convention is adopted in 1954, and its First Protocol refers to the protection of cultural property in the event of armed conflict.
